Anna Silk was the first child born to Peter Silk (an academic) and Ilkay Silk (a actress, playwright, director, producer and professor in St. Thomas University). Anna Silk was the daughter of the British father and Turkish-born mother from England. Early on Anna appeared in a number of television commercials.
