Jillian Hernely, born Noel Hennely on 25 November, 1968. She is an accomplished Canadian actress and performer who has made a significant contribution to American TV. Her name has been famous due to her portrayals in the roles of Claire Kincaid in Law & Order as well as Crossing Jordan.
